I want to try the fully-featured version of the product. Will I need to enter credit card details?
Absolutely not. You just sign up, start receiving alerts and using all the TurboMonitor features. We only ask you for credit card information when you decide to buy the Professional or Business version.
If I buy before my trial ends, do I lose the remainder of my 30 days?
Of course not. If you decide to buy before your 30 days are up, we'll still honor your remaining days free and won't charge your credit card until after your 30 day free trial period ends. It's a good idea to buy before the end of your trial because there are always offers and discounts available to free trial users.
What payment methods are available?
We use PayPal, the most secure and trusted international payment platform. You can either pay from your own PayPal account or use your credit card via PayPal. All steps are clearly outlined in the payment process and all major credit cards are accepted.
I would like to pay on a monthly basis. How does this work?
You just start a free trial and then buy a monthly subscription of the Professional or Business version at any time. At the end your free trial, your credit card will be charged for one month, with recurring monthly payments for as long as you use the TurboMonitor service. You can discontinue your subscription at any time.
What happens when I discontinue my subscription and stop payments?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active with the Professional or Business version features through the date your final monthly payment covers. Your account will remain active, but your feature set will be limited to our free Personal version.
